Client Services

  • Danielle Stone

Danielle has enjoyed working in the "pet community" for the past 11 years, especially the interaction with people and their animal families. She says that it makes her job fun and rewarding. Being a very social person helps in this position as well. Her buoyant personality and desire to help make her an outstanding customer service person. She has fun outside of work by following her artistic side. She lives to paint (vivid, vibrant, extremely large abstract portraits), take photographs, cook interesting and inventive dishes, listen to good music, and spend time with her many friends.

Originally from a small town in Ohio. Ryan and Danielle found themselves frequently moving about the country before finally finding where they wanted to settle down. They now have a cozy apartment in a wonderful old converted hotel in beautiful Golden Hill, where they live with 4 cats, Wombie, Yonkers, Madison, and Pootis Bow Rootis. The cats grudgingly allow Danielle and Ryan to stay with them; after all, someone with thumbs has to open the food! The cats can frequently be found posting their pictures on www.ratemykitten.com.

Danielle loves her job, and says that Market Street Veterinary Clinic has given her the opportunity to grow and learn in her profession, as well as the chance to meet many caring people. Her most cherished veterinary memories are of fostering kittens, and watching them grow into well-to-do adult cats, and seeing any pet overcome the odds with a happy ending.

Originally from Michigan, Kathy moved to San Diego in 2004 after graduating from high school. Being so close to the marine mammals, this inspired her to pursue her dream to work hands on with animals. She then attended Mesa College and received a degree in Animal Health Technology. This allowed her to sit for the California Registered Veterinary Technician Examination. After passing the exam and receiving her RVT license in 2007, she was offered the job here at Market Street Veterinary Clinic as head technician. Kathy has a black cat, Jager Bomb, and a dwarf rabbit, Trixie Hops. Kathy has veterinary technology experience not only with cats and dogs, but also dolphins, sea lions, bobcats, birds of prey, rabbits, rodents, goats, llamas, and horses.
